Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chauhan said that Crisis Management Group can take a decision at the district level if there is a need to impose Saturday’s lockdown with Sunday.

At the same time, lockdown can be imposed in 13 cities including Bhopal, Indore and Jabalpur as well as Sunday. In Madhya Pradesh, Sunday lockdown is being implemented in Bhopal, Indore, Jabalpur, Gwalior, Ujjain, Vidisha, Chhindwara, Narsinghpur, Barwani, Betul, Khargone and Ratlam. Apart from these cities, lockdown will also be done in Morena from this Sunday. Here, strict preparations are also being made for people coming to MP from other states. The Chief Minister told the representatives of the districts and institutions that the Corona Volunteers will issue the District Administration Identity Card. The role of people who have volunteered to come forward in preventing infection is important. On getting the identity card, they will be helped in activities like Roko Toko Campaign. CM said that medical checkup of those coming from outside in the state will be done.

Bhopal’s positivity rate is highest in the state
Madhya Pradesh has the highest positivity rate of 20% in Bhopal. Apart from this, there are 15% -15% in Indore, Barwani, Narsinghpur and Khargone, 14% in Ratlam, 13% in Betul, 12% in Jabalpur and 9% in Gwalior and Ujjain. Among the corona infected patients of the state, 61% of the patients are in Home Isolation, while 39% of the patients are admitted in hospitals.
