The price of gas cylinder has been increased by Rs 25 on February 4 and by Rs 50 on February 14. The gas cylinder has become expensive by Rs 75 in just 10 days.

Those troubled by rising diesel-petrol prices have suffered another setback. The government has directly increased the price of LPG gas cylinder by Rs 50. After this, the price of 14.2 kg domestic gas cylinder in Delhi will be Rs 769. The increased prices will be applicable from 12 pm on Sunday night.

Gas cylinder prices have been raised for the second time in February. Earlier, on February 4, the non-subsidized cylinder became expensive by Rs 25. Now 10 days later, on February 14, its price has been increased by 50 rupees. This means that so far in February, the price of domestic cylinders has increased by Rs 75.

Prices were increased twice in December also
In January, the oil marketing companies did not change the price of LPG gas. However, before that, there was a rise of 50-50 rupees twice in the month of December. On the budget day i.e. February 1, there was no increase in the price of 14.2 kg gas cylinder without subsidy, although the price of 19 kg commercial cylinder increased by Rs 191.
